The preparation of your order is done very carefully and sent in the shortest time possible. Once your order is confirmed, it is taken care of in the following 24 hours. The items are placed in an organic cotton bag which is packaged in a safe envelope that guaranties the best conditions during its transportation. Your order will be sent the following workday after confirmation on our website. So, if the order is placed on a Friday it can take up until Monday to be sent.
We have chosen to use COLISSIMO as our shipping partner, directly in your mailbox for smaller packages, or against a signature for bigger packages, to ensure the best delivery service possible, and to make sure you get your package in the best conditions.
PRICES AND DELAY:
If you wish to return your order, contact us at email@example.com with your confirmation number and the reasons why you are returning your order. We will provide you with a shipping label that you can use to send us back your order by dropping it off at a post office. It is very important that you keep with you the drop off proof given to you by the post office.
Items will need to be returned in the original state or else refund cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will take place under a week after received your package.
Items return from outside of France, Corsica and Monaco are at the expense of the client.
