The photos of the articles on sale on the site have no contractual value and are likely to vary slightly compared to the articles themselves.


The prices of the products sold on the site are indicated by article and reference and get along all inclusive of tax (TTC) except expenses of delivery. At the time of the validation of the order, the price to be paid by the customer is the all-inclusive price, that is to say the sum of the price including all taxes of the articles which make up the order increased by the delivery charges. The telecommunication costs inherent to the access to the site remain the responsibility of the customer.

The conditions of validity of our offers of products and prices are determined by the update of the site with the exit of our collections or our promotions and remain applicable as long as they remain accessible of our fact.

The products on sale on the site are available within the limits of available stocks. If one or several ordered articles are not available any more, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. The customer will then have the choice between keeping the rest of his order or cancelling it entirely. GMT LINGERIE will be able to refuse to honor any order which would present an abnormal or abusive character.


The payment of the customer's purchases is made by credit card or by PayPal account. Concerning a payment by credit card (CB, Visa or Mastercard), BNP Paribas is the only one, through its secured space, to have knowledge of the customer's banking information. This information is not transmitted in any way to the website.

Paypal allows you to pay online without communicating your financial information during the transaction.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By communicating his number of bank card and the aforementioned information, the customer authorizes the company GMT LINGERIE to debit his credit card of the total amount including all taxes of his order (expenses of delivery included).

For any order placed on, we commit ourselves to prepare your order in 48h to 72h.

At the time of the seizure of its order, the customer must choose the mode of delivery proposed on the site e-boutique and the place of the delivery:
- Colissimo for a delivery in France and Corsica : the delivery costs are offered from 150euros of purchase.
- Colissimo international for a delivery abroad : the delivery costs are offered from 300 euros for Europe (UE included) and the rest of the world.

- Delivery by courier in Paris during the day from Monday to Friday for any order before 2pm, delivery the next day for any order after 2pm.

Please note: if you do not reply to the delivery person, you will be charged for the journey and we will not return the parcel (automatic refund of the order).

In case of absence during a Colissimo delivery at the address indicated by the customer, the parcel is left in the mailbox of the customer. If this is not possible, a delivery notice is normally left by the carrier: the customer can then collect the parcel from the post office with proof of identity within 15 days of the date of the notice. Passed this time, the parcel will be returned to the company GMT LINGERIE. The Customer service will then contact the customer for a possible forwarding or, without answer of the customer, with a refunding of the order.

The customer can follow the progress of the treatment of his order by addressing by email to the customer service of GMT LINGERIE: which will inform them of the state of treatment of their order. If the order was sent, GMT LINGERIE will provide a number of follow-up of parcel to the customer, who will be able to then follow his routing by going, on Internet sites placed at the disposal by Colissimo:

Each delivery is considered carried out as of provision of the product near the customer by the conveyor, materialized by the follow-up of delivery proposed on Internet sites of Colissimo mentioned above.

If 5 working days after the shipment of the package, the customer has no news of his order, he must approach the post office nearest to the place of delivery. If neither the post office nor the system of follow-up of delivery proposed on Internet sites of Colissimo and evoked above do not say to have trace of this parcel, the customer must then express himself near the company GMT LINGERIE by the means of the Customer service which will open then an investigation near the services of the Post office. The times of final answer of the Post office vary from one to three weeks as from the taking into account of the file by the services of the company GMT LINGERIE. - If the parcel is found, it is sent to the customer: the procedure of reception follows then its normal course (deposit of the parcel or notice of passage) - If the parcel is declared lost (the final answer is often formulated within the maximum times, that is to say three weeks), GMT LINGERIE informs then the Customer and engages immediately the refunding of the parcel (products and postal charges).

In the event of failure of delivery due to a bad address informed by the customer, or any other cause of his fact (absence of name on the mailbox, lack of information...) the return of the parcel will be reorganized, with the load of the customer.

In case of a delivery by courier in Paris, the delivery will be made from Monday to Friday during the day for any order placed before 2pm, and the next day for any order placed after 2pm. In case of order on Saturday or Sunday, the delivery by courier will be done the following Monday.

For any delivery by courier in Paris, the courier must be received. To do so, the customer must enter his complete contact information (code/interphone/floor) on the website, when registering the delivery. In case of absence, the courier will leave the package in the mailbox or at the reception of the organization. If no one can receive the package, and no mailbox is accessible, another race will be organized, at the expense of the customer.

Are regarded in particular as case of absolute necessity discharging the company GMT LINGERIE of its obligation to deliver: the war, the riot, the fire, the flood, the strikes, the accidents, the impossibility of being supplied...

In any assumption, the delivery of our products within the deadlines can intervene only if our purchasers are up to date of their obligations towards us.

It is the customer's responsibility to check shipments upon arrival and to make any reservations and claims that would appear justified, or even to refuse the package, if it is likely to have been opened or if it bears obvious traces of deterioration. The aforementioned reserves and complaints must be addressed to the conveyor by registered letter with acknowledgement of delivery in the 3 working days, not including the public holidays, following the delivery of the products, a copy will be immediately addressed to the GMT LINGERIE company. The defect of complaint in the aforementioned delays will extinguish any action against the carrier in accordance with the provisions of the article L 133-3 of the commercial code.

The customer must make sure that the articles which were delivered to him correspond to his order. On the assumption that the delivered articles would not be in conformity in kind or in quality as for the specifications indicated in the delivery order, the customer will have to inform by email the Customer service of GMT LINGERIE: and to turn over articles to the address and under the conditions envisaged in article 8.


In accordance with Articles L 121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling-off period of fourteen clear days from delivery to reconsider his decision and return the item ordered without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties.
The return costs are at our charge only in metropolitan France.
Customs fees may be applied and are charged to the customer for a reception in countries outside the EU and in the DOM-TOM.
For all outlet sales, in view of the very low prices charged, exchange and return costs are exceptionally charged to the customer.
In the case where the customer returns only a part of the order, the delivery costs will remain at his expense.
Beyond this 14 day period, as evidenced by the postmark, no return will be accepted.

When several items ordered on the site were shipped at once (by single parcel) and the customer decides to return the items that would not be suitable in a single return shipment, the return costs will be offered. In the case where the customer decides to proceed with several shipments, the return costs from the second shipment will be charged to the customer. In all the cases, the articles will have to be turned over in their packing of origin, complete, labelled, new, not worn, not washed and accompanied by the slip of return (provided on request by connecting itself on our portal return in your space customer) carefully filled, with the following address:

The turned over articles which do not answer the conditions listed above (return in their packing of origin, cleanly folded, complete, labelled, new, not worn, not washed) or which are rolled in ball, damaged, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be refunded.

The risks of return are always at the charge of the customer. The client is therefore strongly encouraged to return the package by any means that provides proof of shipment and gives it a certain date (registered mail with return receipt, colissimo, etc.). In the contrary case, GMT LINGERIE will not be able to treat your return.

If the return is due to an error of our share, the expenses of delivery of the going which were paid by the customer will be refunded to him.

Once the goods received, controlled and accepted by our services, GMT LINGERIE will refund with the customer the price of the returned products or will emit to him a credit valid 6 months on the site, at the latest in the fourteen (14) days as from the reception by the products.

If you wish to reserve a product in another size, we advise you to place another order in the desired size, and to send an email to to be reimbursed the shipping costs of the second order.

When an order has been placed with a coupon, the value of the coupon will be deducted from the amount of the refund in proportion to the number of items ordered.

When an order has been placed with a credit note, the returned products cannot be refunded. Only exchange or credit note will be allowed.

Customs fees may be applied on returned products and are to be paid by the customer for reception in countries outside the EU and in French overseas departments and territories.

For all LAST CHANCE sales, in view of the very low prices charged, return costs are charged to the customer.

Orders placed with a gift card are not refundable.

Notwithstanding the specific conditions of guarantee given to the customer with the delivered article, the articles marketed on the site are subjected to the conditions of guarantee envisaged by the law.

The responsibility for the company GMT LINGERIE could not be committed:
- in the event of failure with contractual obligations because of a fortuitous occurence or a case of absolute necessity;
- in the event of non-substantial differences between the photographs, texts and illustrations of the articles on our site and the ordered articles.


The GMT LINGERIE company manages an electronic file which lists certain data in personal matter relating to its customers. At the time of an order placed on the site by any new customer, this data base is enriched by means of information concerning it, which will make it possible, thereafter, to better answer its waitings and to facilitate the services of assistance ensured by the Service Relation Client.

This database has been declared, in accordance with the requirements of the law relating to information technology, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, modified by the law of August 6, 2004.

According to the choices emitted at the time of the creation or consultation of their accounts on Internet, the customers will be likely to choose if they wish to receive offers of the mark Icone, and/or offers of external companies partners of GMT LINGERIE. The mark "Icone", the illustrations, the logos and slogans, the drawings and models appearing on the site are and will remain the exclusive property of the company GMT LINGERIE. Any total or partial reproduction, without express and preliminary agreement of the company GMT LINGERIE, is strictly prohibited in application of the articles L 335-2 and L 335-3 of the code of the intellectual property and constitutes a counterfeit and an offence.


The present general conditions of sale and the commercial relation between the company GMT LINGERIE and the customer are governed by the French law. Any litigation relating to the commercial relation between the company GMT LINGERIE and the customer will be subjected to the competence of the French courts.


For all LAST CHANCE sales, in view of the very low prices charged, the cost of returns is exceptionally borne by the customer.

There are no exchanges possible. If you want another size, you will have to place a new order. 

The return form cannot be downloaded if there are last chance products in your order. 

Discount coupons are not applicable to orders that include last chance products.
