HOW DO I PURCHASE ONLINE OUTSIDE MY PLACE OF RESIDENCE?

Everything will happen in your delivery information. All you have to do is change the delivery location to the location of your choice.

Make your selection of parts on our site.

On each product page you will find an indication if the product is available in store.

Proceed to payment.

Wait to receive a confirmation email to go to the store to collect your selection.

Do not hesitate to consult the opening days and times on this page .

RETURNS

HOW AND WHEN TO RETURN MY ORDER?

Any returned product that does not comply with our conditions (removed product tag, cut straps, missing buttons, stains, damage, or having been washed) will not be accepted or refunded.

Please note: No returns or refunds will be accepted for discounted products (including archive items), except when multiple sizes of the same product have been ordered. In this case, returns will be possible, but all return costs will be entirely the buyer's responsibility. Orders returned in full will be subject to a €10 processing fee.

For non-discounted products, you have 15 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange all or part of your order free of charge.

You can return your product by accessing the "Request a return" section at the bottom of our website or by logging into your customer account.

You will then be able to select the products to return and generate your return label. This will allow you to return your order for free if it was placed in mainland France.

Your return will be processed within 10 to 15 days after shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed.

In the event of a return due to an unclaimed package or an address error, fees may apply.

HOW DO I GET A NEW LABEL FOR RETURNS?

If you need to obtain a replacement return label, you can find it in your customer account. For any problem, please contact customer service by sending an email to contact@icone-lingerie.com .

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

After receiving the package, we will check the items for completeness before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. This step will take approximately 7 days. An email will be sent to you as soon as we have authorized the refund.

This will then be made directly to the credit card or via the same method used for the original payment in the same currency.

You will be credited within a maximum of 30 days from the refund date and depending on the refund policy of the payment tool used.
