Maintenance

To benefit from the long-term qualities of our parts, we recommend that you follow our care recommendations. Place your model in a washing bag and start a low-temperature program (between 15 and 30°). For drying, never use a tumble dryer, and make sure you hang your model without a clothespin to avoid marking the fabric.

Delivery and returns

Standard delivery is free in France for purchases over €150.

Please note: No returns or refunds will be accepted for discounted products (including archive items), except in cases where multiple sizes of the same product were ordered. In this case, returns will be possible, but all return costs will be entirely the buyer's responsibility.

Orders returned in full will be subject to a €10 processing fee.
